Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $1,619 spent. L.I.T. has continued to serve adolescent males and now females. L.I.T. works to establish the lifting of the current standards within their communities by providing instructional training that provides them with strategies and tools to address their mental and emotional health while also developing life and independent living skills. In 2025, I served 40 schools across 4 school districts, to include private and public schools, which indicates approximately over 894 adolescents and 580 educators, teaching partners, behavioral coaches, and mental health providers within the school district with program development and strategic planning alignment, and newly created training tools that I have developed; this includes educators supporting students with disabilities and those without. I push into the formal instructional time of educators, provide 1 -on-1 and group coaching and consultation. I also facilitate student and educator social-emotional wellness training, developed and facilitated community bullying prevention workshops consultations, Created and delivered 350 bullying prevention coping kits, and professional development both in the school district and in the community. In this way my profession is interwoven with non-profit work of L.I.T.s instruction. The number presented is over and above those students and staff on my assigned/paid workload. The Doctorate degree earned by the CEO and founder of L.I.T. Mentorship Program, Inc., continues to add value to L.I.T. as it ensures all programming is guided by data produced via action research and therefore instructs the path of the program.
