- $2.9 million spent. WE BLOOM'S BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN 2024 WAS THE PURCHASE OF OUR NEW LONG TERM HOME - THE WE BLOOM CENTER FOR GROWTH! WE MANAGED MOVING MID-YEAR FROM OUR LOCATION AT UNITY OF INDIANAPOLIS TO THE INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC LIBRARY (DUE TO A DELAY IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF OUR NEW BUILDING). DESPITE THE CHALLENGES OF BEING IN SUCH A LIMITED SPACE, OUR TEAM CONTINUED TO PROVIDE A LOVING AND WELCOMING SPACE AND MITIGATED DECLINING MEMBER NUMBERS. ADDITIONALLY, WE LAUNCHED OUR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN AND SECURED OVER $1 MILLION IN PLEDGES AND GIFTS. ADDITIONALLY WE SUPPORTED THE LAUNCH OF THE YOUTH CAFE INITIATIVE AT A NATIONAL LEVEL, AND SUPPORTED 4 ADDITIONAL RECOVERY CAFE ENTERING OUR NATIONAL NETWORK. OUR MEMBERSHIP HAS HELD STEADY, EVEN IN THE MIDST OF MANY CHANGES. I HAVE ATTACHED METRICS THAT COULD BE ADDED IF APPROPRIATE.
