Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. Over 53 youth in or recently in foster care, ages 14-21, are participating in PEARLS and EAGLES Court Programming in 2024. 86% were promoted to the next grade level. 92% progressed towards stable and permanent placement; 92% exhibited improved stress management; 98% chose to postpone parenthood; 89% avoided tobacco, alcohol and unprescribed drugs. 100% learned additional life skills to be more prepared to age out of foster care. The court programs met two times per month and held 4 weekend activities during the year. Court programming helps youth to value their whole selves and enhance their inherent strengths. The goals are to enable youth to heal from past trauma, build resilience, reach educational goals, develop healthy relationships, and become accomplished adults, role models, and leaders.
