Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $13,636 spent. The organization has been engaged in restoring historic aircraft. Our current project is the return to flight of a rare 1931 Fleet Model 8 biplane. This is the last flying Model 8 in the world. Only one other Model 8 exists in a Museum. This aircraft was the personal mount of a famous WWII Bomber pilot. He and his brothers enlisted on the same day. The Air Force named their Wichita, KS air base after them... McConnell Air Force Base.
