Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $77,847 spent. Locally we provided over 400 lunches to the unhoused/food-insufficient in Mineral Wells, TX. We also hosted a Thanksgiving and a Christmas luncheon to celebrate those often forgotten. We also supported other charities which provided food assistance, medical assistance, children's charities, food pantries, transportation, food drives, and Angel Tree.In Costa Rica, we provided groceries, medicines and medical supplies to an average of 18 terminally ill or disabled persons and their families on a weekly basis. We also supplied school supplies to local schools for the children who could not afford them.In Panama, we provided grocery staples to 30 Ngabe-Bulge indigenous families via our humanitarian aid program. We provided 80 Ngabe children with school uniforms, school shoes, shoes, backpacks and school supplies so they could attend school. Our hope is to break the cycle of poverty through education, so we also paid school fees for the teenagers in high school and have several preparing to attend college. We also provided families with OTC medicines, medical supplies, doctor visits, legal services and household items (mattressess and propane) for the families as needed.
