Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $5,000 spent. During 2025, Eagles Empowered to Soar (EEtS) continued its mission to support survivors of gender based violence (GBV) through advocacy, education, and support services, while adapting to limited access that prevented donation distributions as in prior years. Key accomplishments included: Entrepreneurship Training: EEtS trained women in Ghana, Guyana, and the United States on basic entrepreneurship skills, equipping them with knowledge to start or sustain small businesses, thereby promoting economic self sufficiency and resilience among GBV survivors and at risk women. Humanitarian Support: On World AIDS Day, the organization provided meals to a family in Zambia, addressing immediate food insecurity in a vulnerable household affected by HIV/AIDS. Business Development: EEtS participated in the development of two entrepreneurial businesses, offering guidance and resources to help survivors and community members establish viable income generating ventures. These activities advanced the organization's exempt purpose by fostering fairness, community strength, and long term recovery for survivors of gender based violence.
