Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (4)
- $137,275 spent. All other achievements
- Sacramento UNITY Program. Dedicated to promoting solidarity among Asian-Latino-Black-Native communities, the program also nurtures a new generation of empowered leaders committed to driving transformative change through public service. This initiative is hosted in partnership with Sacramento Mayor Pro Tem Mai Vang. The program equips students with the tools to cultivate confidence, discipline, and essential skills for navigating high school, preparing for graduation, and succeeding in college. Speakers serve as role models, inspiring students to pursue their own success and become community leaders. Success stories shared by these role models inspire students to tap into their own abilities.
- Southern California Mobilize Youth Leadership Program. The Mobilize Youth Leadership Program provides students with resources, skill-building exercises, and support networks. We help prepare students to graduate high school and become change agents in their communities. Junior and Senior students from Los Angeles and Orange County High Schools will be invited to participate in a five-week summer youth leadership program.
- Bay Area Mobilize Youth Leadership Program. In 2018, with the support and leadership from Aimee Eng, president of the Oakland Unified School District, we launched our Bay Area formerly East Bay program to empower Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander youth in the region. Junior and Senior students from Bay Area High Schools will be invited to participate in a five-week summer youth leadership program.
