Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $55,120 spent. Low income housing development - this program provides for home construction, advocacy for affordable housing and remodel/improvement assistance. Completed homes are sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged. Volunteers provide most of the labor, and individual and corporate donors provide money and materials to build the homes. Parnter families invest hundreds of hours of labor (Sweat Equity) into building their homes and homes of others. Their mortgage payments are used to invest in new building projects.
  2. Restore Home Improvement Sales - The organization operates a retail thrift store specializing in the sale of surplus, new and used building materials, appliances and furniture to the public. Restore receives donated usable materials from retail businesses, contractors, individuals and other organizations. Some materials are acquired through local auctions for resale. Some items are sold on consignment. All net proceeds from this operation help support and enhance the Organizations mission and related tax-exempt purpose.
