Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

In School Residency Program: Music Orchard Richmonds In School Teaching Artist Program supports the schools of Richmond, Hanover, Chesterfield, Henrico, and beyond by providing supplemental instruction from Teaching Artists in the form of sectionals, lessons (individual and group), and ensemble coachings. MOR can provide Teaching Artists for both orchestra and band programs. Teaching Artists are available to visit schools as often as needed to work with students and supplement instruction already being given. While much of our work takes the form of a semester long residency, we encourage schools to book single sessions as well. In the 24/25 school year, this program served an estimated 40 students. Expenses listed here are direct expenses, but this program also has indirect expenses allocated to it.
