Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $20,593 spent. In 2024 we hosted the Annual Foster Care Picnic with 314 attendees. This event is a resource fair for caregivers with 21 different service providers. Youth receive school supplies for the upcoming school year and connect with community partners. In December each year we support over 500 children in more than 140 homes throughout Solano County in fulfilling their Christmas Wishes.
- $47,659 spent. In January 2024 we opened a Resource Center where we receive donations of new or gently used items that we give away to families for free. The Resource Center is overseen by a Program Coordinator and Supervisor who also arranged for Trauma Informed Training for caregivers and service providers throughout the year. This included individual parent coaching for caregivers.
- $7,000 spent. In July 2024 we launched a Respite program and in the first 6 months provided 70 days worth of respite for foster youth. We anticipate this program will grow in the upcoming year.
