- $68,740 spent. We believe that sterilization is the only proven method that improves animal well-being in the short, medium and long term. Our aim to make spay and neuter services available to low-income families and stray animals from rescuers and feeders to avoid unwanted litters in South Texas. We have greatly expanded our sterilization program helping over 200 dogs and providing dog food to several families and independent rescuers and feeders. We have been at the forefront of addressing and recognizing that spaying and neutering pets is a critical component that helps with the burden on pet owners, who may not otherwise have the means to afford these procedures. We strategically collaborate with local veterinarians, shelters, and community organizations in South Texas to enhance our rescue and spay/neuter efforts. We are dedicated to increasing access to affordable spay/neuter services for pet owners across Texas, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent responsible pet care. We are committed to reducing the overpopulation of stray animals and helping pet owners in the Rio Grande Valley through dedicated rescue operations and spay/neuter initiatives. This initiative also included provided vaccinations, basic vetting services and food for family pets in need
