Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. Organ building operations: The completion of this effort (1st phase - complete) will enable us to use the organ as a public venue for community concerts. Our Contractor, Marceau and Associates, has completed the new console. Eight payments have now been made. So far 100s have benefited from the completion to date through concerts, none this past year.
  2. Fundraising in support of Organ: The directors established a Organ Donor T-shirt fundraiser. Many participated but funds will not be reflected until next fiscal year.
  3. On-site Operations at the Church facility continues to prepare for the Organ installation. Humidity sensors provided records , and this data was evaluated. Storage of pipes on site was provided. Volunteers maintained the KGO website. We also maintained and tuned the interim(gallery) organ.
