JESSICA PEMPEK (USDA ARS) COVERED "WELFARE OF NON REPLACEMENT CALVES, AND TIM JOSEPH (MAPLE HILL CREAMERY) SPOKE ON "BUILDING A GRASS-FED BRAND."
