Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

In 2025, Majestic Northwest Ministries continued to reach out with the love and acceptance of Jesus Christ to our surrounding communities of Longview, Kelso, and Woodland, Washington. The volunteer board members who donated both their time and service were Joshua Smith President, Carri Smith Secretary/Treasurer, Wendy Blanford, and James Blanford. Reverend Betty J. Nybakken also continued to serve as an ordained minister and Missionary Emeritus.Throughout the year, it was not only the goal of the ministry to share Christs love with those that we encountered in our community, but to donate our time and resources in tangible ways to support our friends and neighbors who struggled with homelessness and financial hardship. The ministry provided canned food and clothing to the street population of Longview and Kelso on three separate occasions. These events were not nearly as large as in past years; however, they proved to be well received, and the population was grateful for the provisions. The ministry partnered with both Youth with a Mission (YWAM) and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) to equip, train, and support young men and women who felt a call to the mission field full-time. The ministry also provided some financial support to missions in Pennsylvania, the middle east, India, as well as the Spokane Valley, here in the state of Washington. In 2025, the ministry gathered in a plethora of ways for times of worship, prayer, encouragement and fellowship. Pastor Josh continued an early morning weekly bible study at a local college campus, meeting and mentoring an area representative with FCA, and provided pastoral counseling to large number of local college students. Pastor Betty continued to host a weekly womens bible study, was tirelessly committed to her prayer ministry, and had a fantastic online presence again this year. The ministry was also greatly blessed to learn that one of longest running ministry partnerships with Missionary Jeff Pratt of Axiom Ministries has been asked to return to Pakistan in the spring of 2026 for another crusade. Jeff has also been granted a business license by the government, something we did not think would be possible. The business license will allow him to travel more freely in the country. In 2026 we hope to assist Axiom Ministries in building several churches in and around the city of Karachi. While finances continued to be a challenge for the ministry in 2025, our little community rallied to each of the outreach events, and we were able to run those ministries entirely on donations. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in those events in 2025. 2025 brought some very challenging times to our ministry. Some of our members went home to be with the Lord, some struggled mightily with their health, and some had to relocate to live in memory care or with other family members. There were many struggles and heartaches to be sure. The ministry provided care, moving assistance, construction services, grief counseling, and encouragement to everyone possible. And while we waded through some very difficult times, we saw the love and grace of Jesus on display throughout the year in our little ministry. To those who assisted in so many ways this year, we thank you for your sacrifice. It did not go unnoticed to us, or to those that you ministered to. Whether it was providing a meal for a widow, helping a family move, fixing a leaky roof, donating a coat, adding to the food pantry, or providing care to the elderly, you made a difference in peoples lives, and we are very thankful to you. In these turbulent and uneasy times, providing love, grace, and much needed help to our community is of the utmost importance. We may not be able to solve the worlds problems, but we might be able to rescue and assist a few folks in need. Let us never tire of providing a smile, an encouraging word, a cup of coffee, or a helping hand to our brothers and sisters in Christ.
