What it says it does
Our mission is to provide assistance with spaying and neutering area pets with a low cost program at area veterinarians. We also assist in reducing the number of feral cats in local colonies by TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return and vaccinate) with trapping/veterinary help. In 2023 we doubled what our pervious numbers were - from 500 to over 1000. The contributions in 2022 has allowed us to assist other spay/neuter 501c3's, as well as do more community outreach with food and additional urgent medical needs of the community.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- $88,852 spent. Our low cost s/n program has transported many of the pets to our veterinarian in another city, while our local vererinarians have covered much of our TNR and other medical needs. Community outreach was a priority in helping to educate the public for the need to control pet population. We assisted in support of existing colonies of cats and foster dogs and cats for adoption by providing food, winter shelters, and necessary health and welfare assistance in a minimum of 6 counties.
