Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $446,327 spent. Honestly continued to strengthen its role as a backbone organization working to improve sexual health outcomes for youth through a collective impact approach. During the year, the organization partnered with more than 40 organizations and led 11 trainings reaching over 170 participants across education, health, social service, and community sectors. These efforts focused on helping partners better coordinate services and use proven approaches in their work with young people. Through its Project Equip training series, Honestly provided practical, skills-based learning to professionals, helping them deliver more accurate, inclusive, and effective sexual health education and support. The organization also hosted quarterly convenings that brought partners together to share updates, build relationships, and align efforts to improve collaboration across systems that serve youth. Honestly prioritized listening to the experiences of young people, especially those involved in foster care. By facilitating discussions between youth and professionals, the organization helped identify gaps in services and barriers to care, strengthening how partners respond to the needs of vulnerable populations. Community outreach remained a key focus. Honestly connected with more than 1,000 community members through events and resource-sharing efforts, expanding access to reliable, inclusive sexual health information across Oklahoma County. The organization also supported implementation of its strategic plan by facilitating an advocacy committee and a sex education subgroup. These groups helped set shared priorities and advance improvements in policies and practices across the network. To support its work, Honestly implemented an updated cost allocation approach to better reflect how resources support its programs. This ensures expenses are tied directly to the activities they support and strengthens transparency in financial reporting.
