What it says it does

North Star Community Rowing empowers individuals, transforms lives and builds community through the sport of rowing. NSCR promotes diversity and inclusion in the sport of rowing by expanding access to two populations who traditionally have been excluded from the sport. Our programs create recreation opportunities for Minneapolis youth and adults beyond those that are currently available, particularly youth from under-served communities and individuals with physical disabilities.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
