Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $54,095 spent. Adoption of all rescued animals to caring homes - this happens daily as we are available by appointment at any hour based on our schedule. The cost varies per animal they each require different length of stay at the facility, different medical care, special needs, and varying transport costs.
- The spay/neuter of all our animals. We do not adopt any without spaying or neutering to help curb the overwhelming problem of pet overpopulation. This cost is included in line 28 as it is part of the individual animal care.
- Website and social media presence. It is essential to our animals to be available for the public to view for adoptions and education. We do not currently have any costs associated with these services.
