Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $3,500 spent. Our non-profit organization has MOUs with both the U.N. Development Programme, Regional Bureau for Africa (UNDP Africa) and the now defunct U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) respectively. During 2024, in partnership with UNDP Africa and a broad network of HBCU institutions, we conducted an International Distance Learning Initiative (IDLI) project which provided online courses in entrepreneurship and business education to 86 African based students from 26 countries.
  2. $18,485 spent. A competitive USAID/USDA/ USDF FORSEE Grant was awarded in 2024 which allowed us to build out green economy curricula and foster socio-academic partnerships with the Department of Urban Agriculture at Olive Harvey College (Chicago), University of Guyana's College of Agriculture, and two non-profit green economy and community entrepreneurial development programs from the City of Chicago.
