THIS POWERFUL PROGRAM'S GOAL IS TO IMPART CORE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS FOR SUCCESS IN MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENTS. IN 2024, 286 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THE EWIP PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDES ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING, ONE-ON-ONE COACHING, A STRENGTHSFINDERS SKILLS ASSESSMENT, AND MONTHLY PEER NETWORKING.

VIRTUAL LEARNING SERIES IN 2024 THE WOMEN IN MANUFACTURING EDUCATION FOUNDATION DELIVERED MONTHLY 60-MINUTE VIRTUAL LEARNING WEBINARS FOR THEIR MEMBERS AS PART ON AN ONGOING VIRTUAL LEARNING SERIES. IN 2024, 61 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THE MPD PROGRAM. WITH EXPANDED CLASS SIZES, THE PROGRAM FACILITATED DISC SKILLS ASSESSMENT. GRADUATION RATES HAVE INCREASED FROM 75% TO OVER 90% FOR THIS PROGRAM.
