HBBA GRANTS FUNDS TO FAMILIES WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY REGISTRATION FEES. THE HBBA PROGRAM SUPPORTS BOTH RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE PLAY SO NO CHILD IS ALIENATED BASED ON SKILL LEVEL OR EXPERIENCE.
