What it says it does

Snoopy School is a licensed, non-profit cooperative preschool striving to provide an environment where its students may generate a strong sense of self-esteem as well as respect and appreciation for each other and the world in which they live, while preparing for kindergarten. Providing self-rewarding experiences for each child in a fun and enjoyable learning environment. Help develop the "whole" child: socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. Ensure each child receives group interaction, individualized guidance at their level, and freedom to develop self esteem. Provide creative hands-on Pre-K based curriculum designed specifically for three to five year old children in preparation for kindergarten in a structured school day format. Provide an affordable early childhood education. Parents participate in the classroom in order to keep tuition as low as possible. Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $33,149 spent. 16 Snoopy Preschool Students, education lasted for 135 days. 9/9 graduating preschool student will advance to Kindergarten. The remaining students will finalize their last preschool year this year. Expenses are to ensure adequate staffing and to make sure that we are in compliance with the state of Wyoming.
  2. $5,148 spent. Use of an all-in-one childcare management software (Brightwheel)used by preschools, daycares, and camps. Preschool insurance that covers 16 students and 2 teachers. Lastly, the non-profit exemption filing that we used to get our status reinstated.
  3. $4,151 spent. Due to the government shutdown this past October 2025, the preschool board deemed financial hardship for 100% of our students. The board voted on reimbursing each family 1 month of tuition (based on the discounted tuition rate). Many families had a least one paycheck short, if not 2, causing families to choose between tuition for preschool and food for their families.
