Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (3)
- $4,230 spent. In 2024, True Beginnings expanded program delivery by introducing virtual instruction for incarcerated and reentry populations, allowing us to reach more women despite logistical barriers. We successfully transitioned in-person workshops for women already released into a dedicated venue space, improving accessibility and consistency of services. Additionally, we completed development of our B.A.S.I.C.S. and E.G.O. curriculum, secured copyright protection, and began implementing the materials as part of our structured reentry support.
- $9,600 spent. In 2024, InNeed Service Solutions advanced its second-chance employment program by providing structured job training and workforce development opportunities for justice-impacted individuals. We formalized workshops in professional skills, digital literacy, and workplace readiness, and successfully connected participants with partner organizations for employment pathways. These accomplishments strengthened our mission to create sustainable opportunities and reduce barriers to economic stability for underserved populations.
- $1,260 spent. In 2024, the IMIN Project expanded its advocacy and community empowerment work by hosting neighborhood education sessions on housing rights, employment access, and civic participation. We launched a resource-sharing initiative connecting residents with supportive services, and piloted community engagement activities that encouraged returning citizens and their families to participate in local decision-making. These efforts advanced our mission of inspiring neighborhoods through advocacy, resource coordination, and leadership development.
