Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. Marine Corps Birthday Ball- All Members of HMLAT-303 participate in celebrating the Birthday of The Marine Corps and the associated traditions. The Association assists in paying for the ball, venue, associated costs, and supplying tickets to the enlisted Marines of the squadron. Along with reducing ticket costs for the other active duty members of the squadron, the association purchases gifts for the attending active duty Military personnel. The Birthday Ball is hosted by HMLAT-303 around November 10th every year normally at a hotel within the local area.
  2. Hail and Farewell- Gatherings with the active duty officers in the squadron to welcome those arriving at HMLAT-303 and thank those that are leaving. Hail and Farewells are held as necessary depending on the arrivals/transfers for the active duty officers at HMLAT-303. The activity is hosted by the human affairs division at HMLAT-303 and paid for by the Association.
  3. Unit Functions- Gathering of all association members to build morale and support Esprit De Corps hosted by the Commanding Officer. Examples of unit functions include the squadron holiday party, family day, beach party, squadron outings, and various mess nights.
