Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (2)
- $11,630 spent. HUMANITARIAN AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. Fundraising donations received by PMASD supported the organizations charitable and community service programs. - $44,388 spent. The Philippine Medical Association of San Diego (PMASD) organized the 2025 Carabao 5K Run/Walk as a community health and wellness initiative designed to promote physical activity, preventive health awareness, and community engagement. Donations received supported event operations, participant outreach, health education efforts, and free community participation for 700 registrants. Carabao 5K Program Expenses consisted of materials and supplies necessary to conduct a community health and wellness event, including participant t-shirts, finisher medals, event equipment, permits, and outreach materials. These expenditures directly supported program delivery promoting physical activity, preventive health awareness, and community engagement. The event encouraged individuals and families of diverse backgrounds to adopt healthier lifestyles while strengthening connections between healthcare professionals and the community. Proceeds further supported PMASDs charitable activities aligned with the organization's nonprofit mission.
