Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. IN 2014 WE BECAME ACCREDITED WITH THE AMERICAN CAMPING ASSOCIATION (ACA), SETTING OUR STANDARDS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE IN CAMPING. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE BACK TO THE YMCA'S CAMP OAKS PROGRAMS BY HELPING TO BUILD A NEW PROGRAM SERVICE AREA FOR CHILDREN.
  2. WE WERE ABLE TO DEVELOP TWO NEW SERVICE VIDEOS WHERE PARENTS COULD VIEW THE VALUE OF CAMP 4 KIDS PROGRAMS AND SEE FIRSTHAND WHAT CAMP HAS TO OFFER IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR CHILDREN'S LIVES. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE SO THAT CAMP 4 KIDS CAN REACH OUT TO BOTH PARENTS AND CHILDREN TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS.
  3. WE ARE A 100% VOLUNTEER FOUNDATION. NO ONE RECEIVES ANY FUNDS, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FOR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED. CAMP 4 KIDS DOES NOT PAY PREMIUMS OR GIVE BENEFITS TO ANYONE. OUR MISSION IS TO HELP THOSE WHO NEED IT THE MOST. THAT IS WHY WE ARE A 100% VOLUNTEER FOUNDATION.
