What it says it does
Tutoring, mentoring, working, and providing external activities for at-risk youths in underprivileged communities to reduce crime, to stabilize communities while keeping youth off the street with mentoring, tutoring, and recreational activities. We attempt to change mindsets by exposing underserved youths to the experience of good social habits outside of their environment.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- Due to inflation, sickness, and death, we were unable to perform alot of indoor and outdoor actitivities. Our lack of volunteers and funding crippled our organization tremendously. The focus was on outdoor acivites and free admission, fairs, fishing, zoo, and some tutoring. We are hopeful to bring our program back to full capacity. We have not been able to operate in the capacity we want or to receive grants. We also have been racked with health issues that have stalled operations to a crawl.
- Tutoring and free outdoor Activities such as zoo, river walks, shelby farms and fishing were the only activities accomplished this year.
