In 2024, PHA advanced regional housing solutions by partnering with Henrico County to establish and administer its $60M Affordable Housing Trust Fund, supporting hundreds of future affordable units. PHA also expanded capacity by hiring a full-time Development Director, strengthened regional policy coordination, and continued operating the Housing Resource Line to connect residents with critical housing support.
