Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $8,965 spent. Values Through History (VTH) created the Why America Is Free Curriculum, a highly successful non-partisan, upper elementary, integrated six-week curriculum correlated to state and national standards. It uses best teaching methods to fully engage all students in dynamic, hands-on, profound learning. It is unparalleled in providing the most comprehensive and accurate understanding of the nation's founding history, foundational documents, and civic principles. It results in students who unify across cultural and socio-economic divides and gain the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to become people of outstanding character and responsible, engaged good citizens.
  2. $4,401 spent. The Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route and the Franco-American Alliance is a richly illustrated book that brings to life the extraordinary story of the crucial wartime alliance between France and America during the American Revolution. The narrative is keyed to a fold-out map and further enhanced by a guide for travelers to historical sites along the 9-state National Historic Route that retraces the route of the Allied Forces from Newport to victory in Yorktown. The book was written at the request of the American Society of the French Legion of Honor and the Society of the Cincinnati.
