SPECIFICALLY, OUR COMPETITIVE TEAM PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUTH SWIMMERS (6-18) TO DEVELOP THEIR SWIMMING SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTER THROUGH STRUCTURED PRACTICES AND COMPETITION. OUR MASTERS TEAM PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ADULTS (18+) TO CONTINUE TO EXERCISE, TRAIN, AND COMPETE THROUGH SWIMMING. FCSTS SWIM TEAM COACHES ARE EXPERTS IN THE SPORT AND PROVIDE QUALITY SWIMMING INSTRUCTION TO FCSTS 650+ SWIM TEAM MEMBERS.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT IS DELIVERED THROUGH YEAR-ROUND, 1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS AS WELL AS SUMMER GROUP LESSONS, EACH FOLLOWING A STRUCTURED, SKILL-BASED PROGRESSION. THIS CURRICULUM SUPPORTS A NATURAL TRANSITION FROM INDIVIDUAL WATER SAFETY AND BEGINNER SWIM SKILLS TO STRUCTURED GROUP TRAINING AND ULTIMATELY TEAM-BASED SWIMMING. FCST SERVES AN AVERAGE OF 100 SWIMMERS EACH MONTH THROUGH PRIVATE LESSONS AND NEARLY 500 SWIMMERS EACH SUMMER THROUGH GROUP LESSONS, BUILDING STRONG FOUNDATIONS AND A LASTING APPRECIATION FOR SWIMMING.
