ITS TARGET POPULATION FOR ENROLLMENT IN ITS BAGIN WITH THE CHILDREN PARENTING PROGRAM IS 1. PRENATAL PARENTS, 2. PARENTS OF NEWBORNS, 3. PARENTS OF CHILDREN UNDER AGE FOUR, AND 4. PARENTS USING PEDIATRICIAN SERVICES. TO REACH THE FOUNDATION'S TARGET POPULATION, A FOUR PRONGED MARKETING PLAN WAS ADOPTED. THE FIRST PRONG ARE PARENTS OF NEWBORNS USING BIRTH CENTERS. THE SECOND PRONG ARE PARENTS USING ULTRASOUND FACILITIES. THE THIRD PRONG ARE PARENTS ENROLLING PARENTS VISITING PEDIATRIC OFFICES.
