EACH YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PRESENTS THE RAGGIO AWARD TO SOMEONE WHO HAS DEMONSTRATED THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF PROFESSIONALISM WHILE MAKING SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN ATTORNEYS.

MENTORING CIRCLES THE DALLAS WOMEN LAWYERS ASSOCIATION (DWLA) PARTNERS WITH A SISTER BAR (THE DALLAS ASSOCIATION OF YOUNG LAWYERS-DAYL) TO CREATE A PROGRAM THAT SEEKS TO FACILITATE A CONNECTION BETWEEN ESTABLISHED FEMALE MEMBERS OF THE DALLAS BAR AND THEIR YOUNGER COLLEAGUES THROUGH MENTORSHIP. THE GOAL IS TO INTEGRATE THE WOMEN OF THE DALLAS LEGAL COMMUNITY THROUGH TEACHING AND FELLOWSHIP, CENTERING ON THE RETENTION, DEVELOPMENT, AND ADVANCEMENT OF FEMALE LAWYERS.
