What it says it does

Hope for the Future helps children in Romania overcome poverty by making education possible. Many grow up in families facing extreme poverty while others have lost parental care altogether. We step in with practical aid like groceries medicine school supplies and utility help that removes barriers to school and protects childhood. We also partner with childrens homes where orphaned or abandoned kids find love belonging and stability and we support after-school programs serving both Romanian and immigrant refugee children in Romania. Guided by our Christian faith we work through local volunteers and organizations to deliver practical help and long-term support. All U.S. work is volunteer keeping overhead low and impact high.

Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
