Programs described in its return (3)
- $214,401 spent. BIPP The Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) is an intensive, 18-week program designed to hold family violence offenders accountable while breaking the cycle of abuse. Unlike anger management, BIPP directly confronts the beliefs that fuel control and violence in relationships. Participants learn to recognize abusive behaviors as deliberate choices aimed at dominating their partners and are guided to replace these patterns with respect, equality, and empathy. Through education, self-reflection, and skill-building, BIPP empowers offenders to take full responsibility for their actions, understand the profound impact of their violence, and develop tools to create safe, supportive and nonviolent relationships.
