CASE MANAGEMENT PROVIDED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT TO 602 IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES, AND TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION RESPONDED TO 3083 REQUESTS. YWCA LEGAL SERVICES TEAM OPENED 747 CASES WITH 417 RECEIVING THEIR REQUESTED BENEFIT. YWCA ALSO PROVIDED REFERRAL SERVICES BY PHONE TO OVER 500 CALLERS SEEKING INFORMATION ON LEGAL SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND ENGLISH CLASSES.

WOMEN, MEN, CHILDREN, AND SENIORS PARTICIPATED IN FITNESS ACTIVITIES AT TWO FITNESS CENTERS INCLUDING: GROUP FITNESS CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS, STRENGTH TRAINING, WATER AEROBICS, AND SWIMMING LESSONS. TO ADDRESS HEALTH DISPARITIES IN OUR COMMUNITY WE PROVIDED 650 DISCOUNTED MEMBERSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. WE PROVIDED 13 INDIVIDUALS WITH RED CROSS CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD TRAINING, WATER SAFETY, AND CPR TRAINING. WE PROVIDED FREE BASIC WATER SAFETY AND SWIM LESSONS TO 162 CHILDREN.
