What it says it does

THE CHAPTER MEETINGS AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRAMS PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, CURRENT TECHNOLOGY, AND OTHER INDUSTRY RELATED INFORMATION AND PRESENTATIONS GIVEN BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS. THE GOLF TOURNAMENT ENABLED PRATICIPANTS FROM MANY AREAS OF THE COUNTRY TO DEVELOP CONTACTS FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, CURRENT TECHNOLOGY, AND OTHER INDUSTRY-RELATED INFORMATION. THE TOURNAMENT WAS OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS AS WELL AS MEMBERS. THE FIN, FEATHER, FUR FESTIVAL PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY TO PROMOTE GENERAL UNITY WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION AS WELL AS THE INDUSTRY IN A LESS FORMAL ATMOSPHERE THAN THE TECHNICAL PROGRAMS ALLOW. Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
