DURING FISCAL YEAR JULY 2024-JUNE 2025, UNITED WAY OF NORTHEAST LOUISIANA'S 2-1-1 RESPONDED TO 11,843 CONTACTS VIA CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS, OR WALK-INS.LOUISIANA ASSOCIATION OF UNITED WAYS (LAUW) 2-1-1 PROVIDES THE SAME EASY ACCESS TO AVAILABLE ASSISTANCE ACROSS ALL REGIONS OF LOUISIANA, EXCEPT LAFAYETTE AND NEW ORLEANS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 2024-JUNE 2025, TOTAL CALLS RESPONDED TO FOR ALL REGIONS UNDER CONTRACT WERE 60,062 VIA CALLS OR TEXT.
  3. $796,495 spent. COMMUNITY IMPACT--UNITED WAY STANDS WITH THE RESIDENTS, BUSINESS LEADERS, AND POLICYMAKERS TO TAKE ACTION TOGETHER AND STRATEGICALLY INVEST IN MAKING A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF PEOPLE IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA.

FRONT DOOR TO HOUSING IS A LOCALLY FUNDED COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVE OPERATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE WELLSPRING AND THE HOME COALITION TO ADDRESS HOMELESSNESS AND HOUSING INSTABILITY IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES WALK-IN ASSISTANCE, CRISIS RESPONSE, OUTREACH, SCREENING AND ASSESSMENT, DIVERSION ASSISTANCE, SHELTER AND HOUSING REFERRALS, AND LIMITED REHOUSING SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS OR AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2025, THE PROGRAM SERVED APPROXIMATELY 860 HOUSEHOLDS THROUGH WALK-IN AND DIVERSION SERVICES AND RESPONDED TO 3,348 CRISIS CALLS AND REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE. THE PROGRAM ALSO CONDUCTED COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND FACILITATED REFERRALS TO EMERGENCY SHELTER, STREET OUTREACH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND OTHER COMMUNITY-BASED HOUSING RESOURCES. CRISIS CALL TOTALS INCLUDE INBOUND REQUESTS, SCREENINGS, AND REPEAT CONTACTS AND DO NOT REPRESENT UNDUPLICATED HOUSEHOLDS SERVED.
