Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $150,000 spent. Over the past several years, Links of Love has proudly supported a variety of after-school programs across South Carolina that serve children with disabilities and those on the autism spectrum. By collaborating with local nonprofits, schools, and therapy providers-including Milestones Speech and Language and Excel Leadership Academy-we have helped strengthen existing programs by offering staffing support, sharing best practices, providing family referrals, and contributing to inclusive enrichment activities. These partnerships have allowed us to witness firsthand the transformative impact that structured, nurturing, and individualized care can have on a child's development. Recognizing the ongoing need for accessible, high-quality after-school care in our own Lancaster community, Links of Love is excited to announce the launch of our own signature after-school program in Fall 2025. This new initiative will be designed specifically for children with developmental disabilities and those on the autism spectrum, offering a safe, values-based environment with structured routines, academic and social support, and therapeutic partnerships. Our program will feature sensory-friendly spaces, small group instruction, communication support, and leadership enrichment-reflecting the lessons learned through our prior collaborations and the voices of the families we serve. As we move toward this next chapter, we remain committed to delivering compassionate, family-centered care that meets each child where they are and helps them grow into their fullest potential.
