Programs described in its return (3)
- $102,462 spent. Applied Preservation Technologies (APT) preserves stories past by advocating for cultural resources, such as archaeological sites and historic buildings, and promoting the preservation of our collective history through collaboration, planning, and education. APTs approach supports socially responsible land use and healthy communities with a strong sense of place. APT produced the nineteenth annual (and fifth hybrid/virtual) regional Cultural Resource Protection Summit which was attended by 255 individuals, including representatives from 18 different Native American communities, and supported by 38 sponsors. APT conducted/is conducting 4 contracts (all with a Tribal partner). APT outreach included a variety of publications, presentations, and email updates to the professional community and the general public reaching a total of approximately 10,000 people.
- The Branch Out Donation Program provides social emotional development/violence prevention resources and training to schools and youth organizations. The program is dedicated to strengthening community and improving the lives of children by creating a culture of respect and understanding in schools and youth organizations.
- Eppard Visions digital scrapbook service allows individuals, families, and communities to record, preserve, and share their stories in a video montage of sound and motion. The Digital Scrapbook Service assists in funding Eppard Vision's programs, and at the same time, serves its mission of expanding awareness, promoting community and enhancing relationships. When people are given the opportunity to hear, see, and feel the stories of others, we become better neighbors and community members.
