Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $100,469 spent. We have overcome a major hurdle Churches face preventing them from starting Avenue groups: Churches that can't identify a member to take on the group leader role. In answer to this obstacle, we have enlisted Avenue Certified Leaders with years ofexperience leading Avenue healing groups, to be their leader, in order to jump starttheir group, filling this role through a group's birth. We have overcome the constraint of location as the Certified Leader oversees the group via Zoom, with group members attending together in a local gathering, or all members joining via Zoom. Our Certified Leaders, in the progression of their group, encourage new leadership from within the group's members. These new leader applicants from within the Church members are trained and supported continually by Avenue to be a successful leader, creating effective groups and transformation within its members. Avenue groups are evergreen ongoing groups, and a Church would expect thisministry to be a continual resource for their church and community, to counter one of the most devastating attacks on lives, relationships and families. This offering involves enlisting some of Avenue's currently inactive volunteerCertified Group Leaders, for the many churches that embrace this option. These leaders are all volunteers, and the church members are not required to pay tobe in a group, and yet the training, promoting, providing of these services tochurches across the country require dollars, just as a for profit business incurs. While the economy has helped many people, others are dealing with job losses fromillegal immigration and AI displacement. In the face of that, we've attracted moremembers that are in need of our scholarships, and we are blessed to able to meeteach of those needs this year through the generosity of scholarship donation byalumni members, who have enormous empathy for others in their shoes. Our services remain focused on: Helping any man who desires change, renewed integrity, and restoration fromsexual and relationship brokenness, to create and a renewed life. No matter whathe is dealing with. We don't define people by their sexual behavior as the worlddoes; if one wants God's kind of restoration, they are welcome. Helping women who have been devastated by sexual betrayal in marriage or mostintimate relationship, to heal the pain, and renew her life. Some women hope torestore a relationship, others are heading for divorce. Both have things to heal, decisions to make, and both are welcome.
