Programs described in its return (5)
- $63,144 spent. FIELD MAINTENANCE HAS RECENTLY BECOME A LARGER EXPENSE. THE LEAGUE IS GROWING IN PLAYER PARTICIPATION, WHICH REQUIRES THE USE OF A HIGHER NUMBER OF FIELDS, SOME OF WHICH WERE NOT OF THE HIGH STANDARDS FOR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT. IT HAS TAKEN A GREAT DEAL OF TIME AND EFFORT, AS WELL AS MORE MONEY FROM THE LEAGUE GENERAL FUND TO BRING THESE FIELDS UP TO THE EXPECTED STANDARD OF QUALITY. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SIMPLY DOES NOT HAVE MONEY AVAILABLE TO HELP THE BASEBALL LEAGUE WITH THIS EXPENSE.
- $63,041 spent. THE CONCESSION STAND IS EXPENSIVE TO RUN AND ALSO REQUIRES HARD WORK BY MANY VOLUNTEERS. IT GENERALLY RAISES POSITIVE REVENUE FOR THE LEAGUE, BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, IT MAKES IS EASIER FOR FAMILIES TO COME AND WATCH THE GAMES TOGETHER. HAVING A WELL STOCKED CONCESSION STAND, ALONG WITH PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE, ADDS AN AURA OF QUALITY, COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE FOR ALL WHO COME TO ENJOY THE ENTERTAINMENT OF WATCHING FAMILY AND FRIENDS PLAY BASEBALL. ANOTHER ADVANTAGE IS THE CONCESSION STAND IS ANOTHER ACTIVITY WHICH ALLOWS SOCIAL INTERACTION WHERE PEOPLE CAN GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER BETTER.
- $36,732 spent. ALL STAR ACTIVITY FOR ALL THE PARTICIPATING AGE GROUPS, IS A BIG PART OF THE BASEBALL LEAGUE. THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BOTH HOSTING TOURNEMENTS LOCALLY, AND ALSO TRAVELING TO OTHER LOCATIONS. THE LEAGUE IS BECOMING WELL KNOWN FOR ITS ABILITY TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR THIS TYPE OF HIGH LEVEL COMPETITION.
- $92,209 spent. AGGREGATE OF ALL OTHER EXPENSES NECESSARY TO RUN THE LEAGUE.
- AGGREGATE OF ALL OTHER EXPENSES NECESSARY TO RUN THE LEAGUE.
