Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- $26,500 spent. Centerstage Productions is a theatrical production organization. Expenses are for the storage of theater costumes, properties, lighting instruments, and set pieces. This also includes hiring TigerFish Productions as an independent contractor for the production of the stage play Tooth of Crime. This was first of its kind immersive theatrical production in Birmingham, AL. The collaboration served as a means of relaunching our non-profit after the twenty year abeyance.
