THE SAFETY AMBASSADORS MADE 161,870 HOSPITALITY CONTACTS, ADDRESSED 9,515 PAN HANDLING INCIDENTS, AND MADE 48,336 BUSINESS CONTACTS IN 2024. IN 2024, THE CLEAN TEAM REMOVED 1,563,706 POUNDS OF TRASH AND 20,536 SQUARE FEET OF GRAFFITI, AND POWER WASHED 1,624,928 LINEAR FEET OF BLOCK FACES AND 902,190 LINEAR FEET OF ALLEY.
TO IMPROVE THE ACCESSIBILITY AND IMAGE OF THE DOWNTOWN AREA, THE NDP MANAGES TWO CITY-OWNED DOWNTOWN PARKING FACILITIES FOR THE METRO GOVT. OF NASHVILLE. THIS PROVIDES AN IMPROVED PARKING EXPERIENCE FOR VISITORS AND PATRONS, AND ADDRESSES ONE OF THE PERCEIVED OBSTACLES TO LIVING, WORKING AND VISITING DOWNTOWN. ALSO, NDP OPERATES REMOTE PARKING AND SHUTTLE OPERATIONS FROM NISSAN STADIUM FOR DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEES DURING THE WORKWEEK. NDP OPERATES AND RUNS PARK IT DOWNTOWN WEBSITE.
