Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- IN-KIND Donation to Pinellas Genealogy Society (PGS) - to research and identify the decedents and their living relatives still buried in the two erased cemeteries in Clearwater, FL. FY23-25. We started with 539 and confirmed 720 decedents, researched 256 and completed living relatives reports (LRR) for each.
- ORAL HISTORY PROJECT - Our project directly aligns with Heritage Village 50/America 250 The Power of Place initiative. Our all-volunteer team will record 50-60 oral-history interviews (60-90 minutes each) with descendants of those of in the erased cemeteries, community elders, faith leaders, and longtime area residents.
- RECLAIM CEMETERY, post-DEMOLITION - Secured an informal agreement with Pinellas County Schools to demolish the now defunct elementary school atop the North Greenwood African American Cemetery. Upon demolition, the land will be restored to a respectable structure.
