TOPICS COVERED THIS YEAR INCLUDED EMERGING LEADERS, ETHICS, AI, CYBERSECURITY, BRIDGING GAPS TO CARE, TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, AND TERMINATION. A TOTAL OF 339 INDIVIDUALS REGISTERED FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE.
- THE WINTER INSTITUTE IS A DAY-AND-A-HALF INTERACTIVE CONFERENCE FOR FCCMA FULL MEMBERS. IT IS LIMITED TO 100 FCCMA MEMBERS AND 10 CORPORATE ATTENDEES. IT IS DESIGNED TO BE AN INTENSE, INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FOR FLORIDA'S CITY AND COUNTY MANAGERS AND ASSISTANTS. THIS YEAR'S TOPIC WAS WHAT KEEPS MANAGERS UP AT NIGHT. A TOTAL OF 113 INDIVIDUALS REGISTERED FOR THIS YEAR'S WINTER INSTITUTE.
