THE CENTER WELCOMED 8,530 VISITORS, MAINTAINED A 99% DOG SAVE RATE AND 97% CAT SAVE RATE, AND PERFORMED 5,877 SPECIALTY SURGERIES AND 3,115 ANNUAL EXAMS. THE FOSTER PROGRAM SUPPORTED 1,433 CATS AND 224 DOGS, AND THE CLINIC COMPLETED 3,959 SPAY/NEUTER PROCEDURES.TRANSPORT PROGRAM:THE ORGANIZATION COORDINATED 172 OUTBOUND TRANSPORTS (INCLUDING 70 CATS AND 2 DOGS) TO PARTNER SHELTERS IN ALABAMA, COLORADO, OHIO, AND WITHIN FLORIDA. IT ALSO RECEIVED 824 ANIMALS FROM POLK COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL AND 345 FROM OTHER SHELTERS, ENHANCING ITS REGIONAL RESCUE EFFORTS.SPECIAL PROGRAMS & EVENTS:THROUGH TARGETED INITIATIVES, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 1,855 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES FOR BACKYARD CATS, 1,080 THROUGH THE SNAP PROGRAM, AND 204 THROUGH PITTIES AND KITTIES. THE MOM'S LAST LITTER PROGRAM SUPPORTED 345 ANIMALS (262 CATS/KITTENS AND 83 DOGS/PUPPIES). IN TOTAL, 12,641 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES WERE PERFORMED IN 2024.COMMUNITY OUTREACH:THE ANI-MEALS PROGRAM SERVED 1,096 ANIMALS (678 CATS AND 418 DOGS), DISTRIBUTING 16,757 POUNDS OF FOOD. THE FAP PROGRAM REACHED 5,888 ANIMALS (4,056 CATS AND 1,632 DOGS), WITH 49,588 POUNDS OF FOOD DISTRIBUTED TO FAMILIES IN NEED.VETERINARY CLINIC:THE CLINIC PROVIDED 28,711 PATIENT VISITS, SUPPORTED 271 PETS THROUGH COMPASSION FUNDS, AND PERFORMED 5,515 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES, ENSURING ACCESSIBLE VETERINARY CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY.FLORIDA STATE ANIMAL RESPONSE COALITION (FL SARC):FL SARC TRAINED 1,055 RESPONDERS, INCLUDING 954 ACTIVE RESPONDERS, AND DEPLOYED 120 INDIVIDUALS WHO SERVED 5,316 HOURS AND TRAVELED 33,734 MILES IN DISASTER RESPONSE AND PREPAREDNESS EFFORTS.EVENTS:THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED MAJOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS, INCLUDING RUN FOR THEIR LIVES WITH 308 ATTENDEES AND AUCTION FOR ANIMALS WITH 218 ATTENDEES, CONTRIBUTING TO THE SUCCESS OF THE 777 CAMPAIGN, WHICH RAISED $19,938,671.VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT:IN 2024, 376 ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED 23,575 SERVICE HOURS, SUPPORTING OPERATIONS ACROSS ALL PROGRAMS AND ENHANCING THE ORGANIZATION'S IMPACT.
