Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. Bi-monthly meetings to educate members & guests on the different aspects of the numismatic hobby and to allow members and guests to socialize and exchange ideas with other of the same mind set. Attendance varies, normally 50-55 members and/or guests attend each meeting.
  2. Educational programs presented at each meeting to assist in the education of members and guests. Speakers and experts in the study of Numismatics make presentations to membership and guests which includes a question and answer session following each presentation.
  3. Boy Scout Merit Badge Clinic held at the request of the Pack Leaders which allows a scout the opportunity to complete the criteria necessary to obtain the coin collecting badge. The number of participants varies depending on the need for the clinic. This is one of the service projects the club conducts upon request of the Scout Pack Leaders.
