What it says it does
THE FLORIDA CONCRETE & PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION WAS FOUNDED IN THE LATE 1950'S WHEN A GROUP OF CONCRETE PRODUCERS REALIZED THE NEED FOR A COOPERATIVE EFFORT TO PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. WITH A MEMBERSHIP OF MORE THAN 100, THE FC&PA IS A MULTIFACETED TRADE ASSOCIATION HEADQUARTERED IN ORLANDO, FL. IT REPRESENTS COMPANIES STATEWIDE THAT PRODUCE READY-MIXED CONCRETE, CEMENT, AGGREGATE (LIMESTONE AND SAND), AND ADMIXTURES (CHEMICALS) FOR CONCRETE. THE FC&PA THROUGH ITS EIGHT PROMOTIONAL REGIONS IS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN MARKETING, PROMOTIONS, TRAINING AND EDUCATION. ROUTINELY OUR REGIONAL PROMOTIONAL COMMITTEES SPONSOR PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, TRAINING SEMINARS AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS - BOTH PRESENT AND PROSPECTIVE. THE ASSOCAITION IS CONTINUALLY INVOLVED WITH THE STATE'S MAJOR UNIVERSITIES ENSURING THAT ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION STUDENTS ARE EXPOSED TO CURRENT TECHNICAL INFORMATION.
