THIS ESSENTIAL PROGRAM EQUIPS EMERGING LEADERS WITH THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND NETWORKS NECESSARY TO DRIVE POSITIVE CHANGE WITHIN THE REGION. THROUGH A SERIES OF WORKSHOPS, PANEL DISCUSSIONS, AND FACILITY TOURS, PARTICIPANTS GAIN INVALUABLE INSIGHTS AND EXPERIENCES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO BOTH THEIR PERSONAL GROWTH AND THE BROADER ECONOMIC VITALITY OF SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA.
