IN THESE SCHOOLS AND SERVICES, CHS AND PARTNERS WORK TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO LEARNING (HUNGER, HOMELESSNESS, ILLNESS), ADDRESS HEALTH EQUITY, PROMOTE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES DURING AND AFTER SCHOOL, PROMOTE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR ACADEMIC INSTRUCTION.
